Enterprises had to submit confirmation documents by May 28
The Ministry of Economy has launched a verification process for enterprises previously granted the status of critical to the functioning of the economy and public services during the special period, which allowed them to reserve key employees from mobilization.
This applies to entities designated under Cabinet Resolution No. 76 dated January 27, 2023. The purpose of the review is to assess whether these enterprises still meet the stated criteria in practice.
Importantly, enterprises that lose their critical status due to non-compliance will not be eligible to reapply for at least six months.
What does the Ministry require?
To confirm or retain their status, enterprises were required to submit the following documents to the Ministry of Economy by May 28, 2025:
- an extract from the State Tax Service’s information system on settlements with the state and social funds for the period from January 1 to April 30, 2025;
- documents proving ownership or lease of real estate confirming operations in at least three regions of Ukraine.
