The Ukrainian Army adopts the SHABLYA MK19(M) grenade launcher module
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has codified and approved the SHABLYA MK19(M) remote weapon station for use by the Armed Forces, according to the ministry’s press service.
The SHABLYA MK19(M) module is designed to fire 40mm automatic grenades. It can be mounted on unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) or integrated into various military transport platforms. The system is capable of both direct and indirect fire and can strike targets at known coordinates from covered positions.
The module is operated remotely by a single operator.
