SBU under procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office established circumstances of terroristic act, committed on January 13, 2015 by terrorists of so-called “DPR” near Volnovakha.
The special service officials recorded that during the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine checkpoint with “Grad” multiple artillery rocket systems from the territory of temporarily under control of so-called “DPR” terrorists, a regular bus Zlatoustivka – Donetsk was engaged. Twenty civilians fall due to the tragedy.
According to evidence of ballistic test, terrorists fired with rocket high-explosive fragmentation shells from Dokuchaevsk. The law-enforcers established implication in crime of colonel of the RF armed forces Anatolii Sinelnikov, nicknamed “Zakhar” and so-called chief enlistment officer of Dokuchaevsk Yurii Shpakov. Conversations, intercepted by the SBU testify that namely they had coordinated shelling of Ukrainian positions, in the result of which civilians fall.
The citizen of Russia Anatolii Sinelnikov was notified of suspicion in commitment of crime, stipulated by p.3 Article 27, p.3 Article 258, p.1 Article 258-3, p.2 Article 437, the citizen of Ukraine Yurii Shpakov – p.3 Article 258 and p.1 Article 258-3 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Both malefactors were put on wanted list.
