At the MiGremont Zaporizhzhya State Aircraft Repair Plant, the transfer of the next modernized Su-27 fighter aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force is nearing completion.
The upgraded fighter has also been overhauled and will continue to operate for at least ten years. This will be the third aircraft handed over to the Air Force by a Zaporozhye enterprise in two weeks – the Su-25 attack aircraft and another Su-27 were previously transferred, ArmyInform reports.
Also at the beginning of the month, two upgraded MiG-29MU1 fighters were handed over by the Lviv State Aviation Repair Plant.
