Russian military conducting large-scale exercises in occupied areas of eastern Ukraine

Large-scale command and staff exercises with the involvement of the mobilization reserve, units of "people's militia", and occupation administrations began in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

The exercises are supervised by a commission of the 8th Army of the Southern Military District of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
