According to Oleksandr Turchynov, particular attention will also be paid to the intensive combat training of elements and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, as well as the state border management.

"Moreover, given the security situation, the priorities will include implementation of the state policy in the cybersecurity sphere, implementation of measures for the development and modernization of special communication and information security; implementation of the National Intelligence Program for 2016-2020; strengthening of counterintelligence protection and countering terrorism and subversive activities", - Mr. Turchynov pointed out.

Besides, the Concept of ensuring counterintelligence regime in Ukraine and the Concept of reforming and further development of the state management system in a state of emergency and a special period were considered and approved at the NSDC meeting.
