It became known that the Russians stole or damaged on patrol boats and tugs of the Ukrainian Navy, who returned from Russian captivity to Ochakiv on Wednesday, November 20.
Former Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios has released a report to the Navy Commander on the technical condition of vessels.
The document states that the on boats "Nikopol" (P176) and "Berdyansk" (P175) are missing:
- all documentation;
- weapons and ammunition (30mm cannon available);
- KH Radio Station Harris;
- two VHF Harris radio stations;
- Motorola radio;
- Icom portable radios;
- Iridium Space Communications Station;
- Furuno radars;
- navigation equipment CH-3101;
- inflatable boat with motor;
- blocks of recognition equipment;
- fire extinguishers;
- lights;
- emergency buoy;
- rechargeable batteries;
- flowing water heater
- galley cooker;
- toilets.
Also, engines and other equipment are defective and damaged.

- all the instruments in the wheelhouse are broken;
- no shore power cable;
- no diesel generator;
- the main engine is damaged;
- no cables;
- fuel system disassembled;
- no sockets and ceilings;
- no Harris, Icom, Motorola radios;
- missing part of the mast;
- bulwarks partially destroyed;
- damaged engine room
