This amount applies equally to both mobilized soldiers and those who have signed military service contracts.
According to data from the job portal WORK.ua, the average salary in Ukraine in 2025 is ₴25,000, a 25% increase compared to June of the previous year.
The median salary was calculated based on 189,320 job postings on the site over the past three months.

Additionally, there is a cumulative bonus of ₴70,000 for 30 days spent on the front line. However, to receive these bonuses, one must survive.
