UKROBORONPROM SE "Shepetivka Repair Plant" implemented the State Defense Order 2017, having transferred about 150 units of artillery armament to the Ukrainian Army.
In addition, the enterprise manufacture 150+ kits of spares for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the National Guard and other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. In addition, within the framework of loading the enterprise with additional orders after it had fulfilled the State Defense Order, "Shepetivka Repair Plant" fulfilled the orders in the frameworks of export-related activities.
Such work allowed "Shepetivka Repair Plant" to receive income in the amount of more than 368.6 million UAH, as well as to pay to the budgets of all levels about 65.8 million UAH taxes. At the same time, in 2014 these figures were at the level of 99.7 million UAH and UAH 10.5 mln.
The enterprise continues to increase its contribution to strengthening the defense capability of Ukraine, successfully manufacturing new weapons for the Ukrainian Army. The enterprise manufactured and represented a special installation kit of artillery element 122 mm RZZ BM-21 "Hrad", manufactured using Ukrainian components only.
This kit can be installed on any platform, regardless type of car chassis. In addition, the integration of new digital technologies allows to target the destination directly from the cockpit, provides high-precision navigation and topography, and can significantly reduce the time for deployment of the complex due to automatic modes of operation.
These innovations allow to significantly increase the combat efficiency of the MLRS, to reduce the time spent on a firing position and to improve strike accuracy. The enterprise is already working on the modernization of 9P140 RSZV "Urahan" vehicle on the KRAZ automobile chassis. This vehicle was also successfully represented at the exhibition "Arms and Security" in 2017.
