Senior non-commissioned members volunteered to present at various NCO academies across Ukraine to speak with sergeants from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine to broaden the understanding of the key role NCOs play within a NATO context.
Six senior leader presenters – including the Op UNIFIER Task Force Sergeant Major and his counterparts from UK, USA, Lithuania, Armed Forces of Ukraine, and National Guard of Ukraine – spoke on a variety of topics including the Command Team relationship, the qualities of leadership, the NCO/Officer relationship, and the profession of arms and the law of armed conflict.
Poltava was the first of eleven planned events at NCO academies, colleges and training centres across Ukraine.
