To ensure high defense capability of the country, we need to create comprehensive and far-reaching territorial defense system. Of course, this is not just a task for the Ministry of Defense or the General Staff. It is one of the priorities for the entire national security system.
This was emphasized, on March 11, by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Taran.
As the example, he cited famous Roman expression "Si vis pacem, para bellum" or "Who seeks peace, should prepare for war."
