DCH Group received a response of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to the submitted application for the purchase of shares in PJSC Motor Sich.
The document states that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) did not accept the application for consideration. The following text lists a few technical procedural points which justify the Committee’s decision and a request for additional information.
It will be recalled that Chinese investors represented in Ukraine by Skyrizon together with the DCH Group of Kharkiv businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky filed an application with the AMCU on August 4, 2020.
According to the current legislation, the return of the application does not deprive the applicant of the right to apply to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine again.
