Quadsat, a leading innovator in radio frequency (RF) testing and monitoring solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Ukrainian UAV manufacturer Skyeton, known for its battle-proven Raybird platform.
According to Skyeton, the joint initiative is focused on supporting operations in electronic warfare (EW) conditions, enhancing situational awareness, and improving threat detection and response in complex electromagnetic environments.
The partnership merges the endurance and reliability of the Raybird unmanned aerial platform—already validated in real-world combat scenarios—with Quadsat’s advanced spectrum monitoring technology, widely adopted by top global satellite operators. This integration enables real-time electromagnetic intelligence gathering and effective detection of RF sources, even in heavily contested or signal-dense environments.
“ | “This partnership unlocks a new level of spectrum monitoring by combining our advanced RF payloads with Skyeton’s combat-proven UAV platform,” said Klaus Aude, Chief Commercial Officer at Quadsat. “With an exceptional flight endurance of over 28 hours and rapid deployment capability, the Raybird UAV becomes an ideal asset for defense applications.” |
Together, the companies are offering a scalable, tactically flexible, and high-performance solution that enables forces to map and monitor the electromagnetic spectrum in real time — a critical capability in modern warfare.
Quadsat and Skyeton will showcase their integrated solution at the International Drone Show 2025, taking place June 18–19 in Denmark. The Raybird UAV, equipped with Quadsat technology, will perform a live demonstration flight, showcasing real-time spectrum monitoring and RF target identification capabilities.
