Командири зможуть підписувати в Армія+ по 40 рапортів за раз New multi-signature feature reduces administrative burden on military leaders

The Army+ mobile app now features a new multi-signature service, enabling commanders to process large groups of personnel requests in one go.

According to the Ministry of Defense, unit commanders can now review and approve up to 40 reports at once via the "Reports" section of the app. Incoming requests appear under the "For Review" tab, where decisions can be made by swiping right to approve or left to reject. A filter function is also available to help mark and select specific requests.

Once selected, up to 40 reports—such as leave requests—can be signed simultaneously using the Diia.Signature or SmartID.

However, mass rejections are not allowed, as each denial must be accompanied by an explanation.

"We were often asked if it would be possible to approve multiple requests in one go. Signing each individually and confirming via Diia.Signature every time was tiring for commanders. We always listen to user feedback and implement requested features, so we’re glad to launch the multi-signature service and help reduce the administrative load for our military," said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Transformation.
